The Mind Over Muscle™ Behaviour Reset Assessment is a deep, 3-hour in-home or outdoor session designed to completely reframe how you think, act, and lead your dog. We don’t “test obedience.” We study the brain your dog is using—limbic “Working Brain” vs prefrontal “Pet Brain”—and show you how your energy, rituals, and patterns are either unlocking trust… or fuelling chaos. Here’s what happens during your session: ✅ I assess your dog’s threshold range (using our 0–10 model) ✅ We walk your dog through real-world stimuli to observe default behaviours ✅ I demonstrate the A PET, RESTED™ method in live time ✅ You learn how body language, space, and timing beat treats or commands ✅ We identify Power Zones and claiming behaviours in your home ✅ I leave you with actionable daily rituals and behaviour logs to start the shift immediately Prior to your assessment, you'll also receive the Ultimate Pre-Assessment Client Prep Guide, which gives you a major head start and cuts the fluff so we can get to real work.
