Service Description
Most “exercise” just wears the body out. This rewires the brain.
Skye-High Energy Runs are structured decompression walks led by Skye, our ultra-calibrated working dog and canine co-trainer. These individual 90-minute sessions are for high-drive dogs who need emotional regulation more than they need cardio. Through real-time modelling, environmental exposure, and handler-free movement, your dog learns how to walk with a grounded partner—one that doesn't feed their chaos but dissolves it.
Each session includes terrain variation, structured pacing, recovery intervals, and decompression tracking. We use the environment to rewire your dog’s nervous system—not overstimulate it. You’ll receive a detailed post-session report so you can extend the progress at home.
This isn’t about getting tired. It’s about getting balanced.
Neuroscience Insight
Dogs learn through movement—but what matters is how they move. Skye-High Energy Runs harness the brain’s mirror neuron system by using a grounded canine role model to shift the reactive dog’s pattern from chaos to calm.
Structured movement reduces cortisol, promotes endorphin release, and builds neural wiring for co-regulated pacing—training emotional fluency without food, commands, or conflict.
